Stock alerts

A feature to grasp, at a glance, when stock is too low (short), too high (excess), or expired. It helps you not miss the timing for replenishment, review, or disposing of expired items.

  • Set “minimum stock” and “maximum stock” per product.
  • When the actual stock falls outside the range, it appears in alerts as stock shortage or stock excess.
  • Stock for which an expiry is recorded appears in alerts as expired when the date has passed.
  • Judgment is done by the product’s total stock count (there is no per-location judgment).

When the stock count returns to the normal range (minimum–maximum), or expired stock is gone, the alert disappears automatically.

::: tip Conditions for the expired alert to appear The expired judgment applies only to stock for which an expiry is recorded. To use expiry, an administrator must turn expiry ON in “More” → “Location, lot, expiry,” and you must enter the expiry when receiving inbound, etc. :::

Set minimum/maximum stock on the product edit screen.

  1. Open the target product in “Stock” and press “Edit.”
  2. Enter “minimum stock” and “maximum stock” (either one alone is fine).
  3. Save.

::: tip If you don’t set a minimum stock For a product with no minimum stock set, a stock shortage alert appears when the stock count reaches 0 or below. :::

  • On the “Stock” screen, choose the “Alerts only” filter.
  • Only products currently in a shortage, excess or expired state are listed.
  • A badge shows the alert count on the “Stock” tab (menu).
  • Minimum stock exceeds maximum stock … The minimum stock is larger than the maximum stock. Increase the maximum, or decrease the minimum.
