We explicitly listed the “company logo,” used for publishing the adoption record, as information we collect.

2. Article 2 (Purposes of Use) — Added purpose of use
To align with Article 8 (Publication of Adoption Record) of the Terms of Service, we added “Publishing the company name and logo as a record of adoption” to the purposes for which we use the information we collect.

The handling when you do not wish to be published is as set out in Article 8 of the Terms of Service. The company name and logo will not be used for any purpose other than publishing the adoption record.
Effective Date
The revised Privacy Policy applies from July 10, 2026.
