Frequently asked questions

What does “number of products” mean?

It refers to the number of distinct product types (items) you can register, not the quantity in stock. For example, even with 10 “T-shirts (white, size M),” that counts as 1 product.

Can I upgrade from the free plan to a paid plan?

Yes, you can change your plan anytime from the admin screen. Your accumulated data carries over as-is.

Are there payment methods other than credit card?

In addition to credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported. Payments are processed by Stripe, which holds the world's highest-level security certification (PCI DSS Level 1), so your payment information is rigorously protected.

Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my data?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from the admin screen. After cancellation your data is deleted and becomes inaccessible, so we recommend exporting it to CSV beforehand.

Can I import my existing inventory data?

Yes. Bulk import via CSV file is supported. Export to CSV from your current system or Excel to migrate your data smoothly.

Can I manage multiple warehouses and stores at once?

Yes. With the Locations feature, you can centrally manage stock levels in real time across multiple storage locations such as warehouses, stores and shelves.

Can I manage stock by lot number or expiry (best-before) date?

Yes. Inventory management by lot and expiry (best-before) date is supported. You can track the same product separately by lot or date — useful for expiry management and traceability in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and more. You can toggle it on/off anytime in settings.

Can I manage the cost and gross profit of inventory?

Yes. Choose between moving-average and standard costing, and asset value and gross profit are calculated automatically from your inbound/outbound records. If you don't need cost management, you can switch to quantity-only management.

Can I add my own custom management fields?

Yes. You can freely add custom fields (text, number, date, barcode and more) to products and tasks. Manage color, size, notes and anything else tailored to your industry.

Do I need a dedicated barcode reader?

No. You can use your own smartphone camera as a scanner, so there's no need to buy dedicated equipment.

Is data backed up?

Yes. We use AWS with 24/7/365 monitoring and automatic backups.

Is communication encrypted? What about security?

Yes. All communication is encrypted with SSL/TLS (HTTPS). We operate on AWS and protect your important data through access control and regular security audits.
