BizNode Inc. (the “Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) in order to handle Users’ personal information appropriately in the “KuraPro Inventory Management” service (the “Service”) and on the Company’s website (https://kurapro.jp; the “Website”) provided by the Company.
Article 1 (Information We Collect)
In providing the Service and operating the Website, the Company may collect the following information:
- Name, company name, company logo, and department name
- Contact information such as email address, phone number, and address
- Information necessary for credit card payment (however, confidential information such as card numbers is not retained by the Company)
- Usage history of the Service, access logs, and IP addresses
- Browsing history and device/browser information collected on the Website through cookies and similar technologies (as set out in Article 5)
- Other information entered or transmitted by the User in connection with use of the Service
Article 2 (Purposes of Use)
The Company uses the information it collects for the following purposes:
- Providing and operating the Service
- Responding to inquiries from Users
- Identity verification and confirmation of usage status
- Billing of fees and payment processing
- Improving the Service and developing new features
- Publishing the company name and logo as a record of adoption of the Service (limited to the scope set out in the Terms of Service)
- Analyzing and improving usage of the Website, and measuring advertising effectiveness
- Responding to violations of the Terms
- Responding as required by laws and regulations
Article 3 (Provision to Third Parties)
Except as required by laws and regulations, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual.
Article 4 (Use of External Services)
The Company outsources part of its payment operations to an external payment processing company. Credit card payment information (card number, expiration date, etc.) is processed securely through a payment processor compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), and the Company does not retain or store such confidential information.
Article 5 (Use of Cookies and Transmission of Information to External Parties)
- On the Website, the Company uses cookies and similar technologies for the purposes of analyzing usage and measuring advertising effectiveness, and transmits information from the User’s device to the following external parties.

- The information transmitted under the preceding paragraph includes information that cannot identify a specific individual on its own. The Company does not use such information in association with personal information held by the Company.
- Users may refuse the transmission described in the preceding paragraphs by configuring their browser to disable cookies. With respect to Google Analytics, transmission may also be stopped by installing the opt-out add-on provided by Google.
- If cookies are disabled, some functions of the Website may not operate correctly.
- The recipients and the information transmitted as set out in this Article may change as necessary for the operation of the Website. Any changes apply from the time they are reflected in this Policy.
Article 6 (Management of Information)
The Company will take necessary and reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to manage it appropriately and securely. The principal measures are as follows:
- Organizational measures: The Company appoints a person responsible for the handling of personal information and maintains a structure that allows the status of such handling to be monitored.
- Personnel measures: The Company informs its personnel of the points to be observed in handling personal information.
- Physical measures: The Company takes measures to prevent the theft or loss of devices and electronic media used to handle personal information.
- Technical measures: The Company limits the personnel involved and the scope of personal information handled through access controls, and protects against unauthorized external access through means such as encryption of communications.

Article 7 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion)
A User may request the Company to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete their personal information. For such requests, as well as any complaints or consultations regarding the Company’s handling of personal information, please contact the inquiry desk set out in Article 9. After verifying identity, the Company will respond within a reasonable period and scope.
Article 8 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
Except for matters stipulated by laws and regulations, the content of this Policy may be changed without notice to Users. The revised Privacy Policy takes effect from the time it is posted on this website.
