[Important] Revision of the Privacy Policy (an addition regarding website analytics)

Thank you for using KuraPro Inventory Management.

In connection with the introduction of website analytics tools on our website (https://kurapro.jp), we have revised the Privacy Policy as follows. We have also expanded the description of matters we have always practiced, such as our security measures and our inquiry desk. Please review the content and continue to use the Service.

Please note that this revision concerns browsing of our website only. There are no changes to the features or pricing of KuraPro Inventory Management, or to the handling of the inventory data registered by Users.

1. Clarification of the scope of this Policy

We explicitly included our website within the scope of this Policy.

2. Article 1 (Information We Collect) — Added collected item

We explicitly listed information collected through cookies and similar technologies as information we collect.

We added a purpose of use corresponding to website analytics.

There are no changes to the other purposes of use.

4. Article 5 (Use of Cookies and Transmission of Information to External Parties) — Newly added

In response to the external transmission rules under the Telecommunications Business Act of Japan, we added a new article that discloses the information transmitted from the Website to external parties, the recipients, and the purposes of use.

You may refuse these transmissions by changing the cookie settings in your browser. With respect to Google Analytics, transmission may also be stopped using the opt-out add-on provided by Google. For details and links to each provider’s privacy policy, please see Article 5 of the revised Policy.

The information transmitted cannot identify a specific individual on its own. The Company does not use such information in association with personal information held by the Company.

5. Article 6 (Management of Information) — Security measures described

Previously this Article stated only that the Company takes “necessary and reasonable security measures.” We added an outline of the measures in place across organizational, personnel, physical, and technical categories, together with a note that further details are available on request.

There are no changes to the measures themselves.

6. Article 7 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion) — Clarified where to submit requests

We replaced the previous wording “please contact the Company by the prescribed method” with a reference to the inquiry desk set out in Article 9. We also made clear that complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information are accepted at the same desk.

7. Article 9 (Business Operator Information and Inquiry Desk) — Newly added

We added an article stating the business operator’s name and inquiry desk, so that the destination for disclosure requests and complaints can be confirmed within the Policy.
