What is KURAPRO ​

KURAPRO is a cloud inventory management system. From PC, smartphone and tablet, you can record, share and analyze your product stock.

• Data is separated by company (organization), and within it you manage products, stock, tasks, clients and members.
• When you record inbound, outbound, adjustment and stocktaking tasks, stock counts increase and decrease automatically.
• You can manage stock separately by location, lot and expiry, and it also supports automatic cost & gross-profit calculation, stock alerts and reports.

How to get started ​

Reading in the following order goes smoothly.

1. What you can do with KURAPRO … check the overview and sign-in
2. Navigation … learn where the menus and tabs are
3. Concepts & how it works … understand the relationship between products, stock and tasks
4. Managing products … register your first product
5. Tasks (inbound, outbound, adjustment, stocktaking) … start recording stock
6. Stock alerts … set up replenishment / overstock notifications

If you are an administrator, checking the company setup first (negative stock, costing method, stock fields, custom fields, members) makes operation smoother.
