After signing in, how the menu appears changes depending on the screen width. We explain it for narrow screens such as smartphones and for wide screens such as PCs and tablets.
Smartphone, etc. (narrow screen)
Four tabs line up at the bottom of the screen. Tap to switch screens. On launch, the "Stock" tab opens.

| Reports | View tallies such as inbound, outbound, sales and gross profit. |
| Stock | View the product list and stock counts. Add and edit products. A badge shows the alert count. |
| Tasks | View the list of inbound, outbound, adjustment and stocktaking. Register a new task. |
| More | A screen that gathers settings and management features (below). |
- Contact opens from the button at the bottom right (speech-bubble icon) of the "More" screen.
- "More" also shows company info, account, plan, announcements, CSV import, barcode printing, clients and more.
PC / tablet, etc. (wide screen)
A menu is always shown on the left of the screen. At the top of the menu, the company name (tap for company info) and your name / email address (tap for account settings) are shown.
The menu lines up in this order from the top:
- Reports: check tallies
- Stock: product list / stock check (a count badge appears when there are alerts)
- Tasks: list and register tasks
- Clients: list and manage clients
- CSV import: bulk import via CSV
- Barcode printing: print/generate barcodes
- Announcements: announcements from the operator (a count badge shows unread)
- Contact: message support
- More: various settings (below)
Items in "More"
"More" mainly has the following items (some are admin-only, and the display changes depending on device and contract status).
- Plan: check/change plan, register card → Company settings
- Members: invite members, change permissions → Member management
- Product fields / Task fields: add/edit custom fields → Custom fields
- Location, lot, expiry: enable/disable stock fields → Stock fields
- Negative stock: whether to allow tasks that make stock negative → Company settings
- Costing method: moving-average, standard costing, or no costing → Cost & gross profit
- Appearance / language: switch the display theme and display language
- Website / User guide / Terms of Service / Privacy Policy: open each page
On narrow screens, company info, account, announcements, clients, CSV import and barcode printing are also gathered in "More."
Common operations
- Search: quickly find data from the search box at the top of each list.
- Stock screen: search by product name, SKU, barcode, or product custom fields.
- Tasks screen: search by product name, SKU, barcode, or task custom fields.
- Clients screen: search by client name, contact, or memo.
- Barcodes are matched exactly (others are partial matches).
- View details: tap (click) a row in a list to open the detail screen.
- Check alerts: on the "Stock" screen, use the "Alerts only" filter to show only products that need replenishment or review. → Stock alerts
Differences in display by permission / plan
Depending on whether you are an administrator or a general member, and on your contract plan, the displayed items may change. If an item is missing, please check with your administrator.
