Member management
This page explains inviting, editing and changing permissions of members who use KURAPRO in the same company. Only an administrator can add/remove members or change permissions.
Viewing the member list
- On both wide and narrow screens, open it from "More" → "Members."
- The names, email addresses and permissions of members of the same company are shown in a list.
- Use the search box to filter by name or email address.
Inviting a member (admin)
- Open "Members."
- Choose "Invite new member."
- Enter the person's name, email address and permission (administrator / general member).
- Send the invitation email.
The invited person can sign in with the temporary password in the email. After signing in, the recommended workflow is to set a password in Account settings.
Changing member information
You can change a name, email address and permission later.
- Note: you cannot change your own permission. Ask another administrator.
Deleting a member
Delete a member who is no longer needed, e.g. after leaving the company.
- A deleted member can no longer sign in.
- The author name on data that member recorded in the past remains.
- Note: you cannot delete yourself. To remove your own account, use Withdraw.

A general member can do all day-to-day work except the management operations above.
Common messages
- You have exceeded the user limit … You reached the limit on members you can add on the current plan. Consider changing your plan.
- You cannot change your own permission … You can't change your own permission. Ask another administrator.
- This email address is already registered … That email address is already used by a member of this company. Specify a different address.
- You don't have sufficient permission … Member management is admin-only.
