Account & sign-in
This page explains signing in to your own account, changing your information, and the withdrawal procedure.
Signing in
- Open the KURAPRO sign-in screen (or launch the app).
- Enter your email address and password.
- Press "Sign in."
About using multiple devices at once
For the same kind of device (platform), only one device can stay signed in. If you sign in on another device of the same kind, the previous device is signed out and shows "Signed in from another device." Devices of different kinds, such as a smartphone and a PC, can be used at the same time.
If you forgot your password
You can sign in with a temporary password sent by email.
- Choose "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen.
- Enter your registered email address and submit.
- Check the temporary password in the email (valid only once).
- Sign in on the sign-in screen using that temporary password.
- After signing in, set a new password in account settings.
Notes on the temporary password
- A temporary password is valid only once. If it has expired, send it again.
- You can't send repeatedly right after sending. Wait a moment and try again.
- Repeated sign-in failures will lock the account. Wait a while and try again.
Opening account settings
- Wide screen (PC / tablet): click your name at the top of the left menu.
- Narrow screen (smartphone): tap your name from the "More" tab.
What you can do
- Change your name: change your displayed name.
- Change your email address: change the address used for sign-in. After changing, sign in with the new address.
- Change your password: set a new password.
- Conditions: at least 6 characters. Spaces are not allowed.
- Sign out: do it from "Sign out" on the account settings screen.
Withdrawing (leaving the company)
To leave a company, use "Withdraw" in account settings.
- Open the account settings screen.
- Choose "Withdraw."
- Enter a reason for withdrawal and so on, then execute.
Notes on withdrawal
- You can no longer sign in with that account (personal data is deleted and cannot be restored).
- If there are no other members, all of the company's inventory data is also deleted.
- If you have a paid plan:
- If you are the only administrator, the paid plan ends automatically and moves to the free plan.
- If there is another administrator, the paid plan continues after your withdrawal.
- This operation cannot be undone. Hand over within your company beforehand as needed.
When you want to remove a member
To remove another member, use deletion from Member management (admin only), not withdrawal. Since you can't delete yourself, use withdrawal for that.
Common messages
- Account not found … Check the email address or password.
- Signed in from another device … Another sign-in was detected on the same kind of device. Sign in again on this device.
- Your session has expired … Sign in again.
- Password must be at least 6 characters / Password cannot contain spaces … Set a password that meets the conditions.
- You cannot delete your own account … If you want to leave, use "Withdraw" in account settings.
