What you can do with KURAPRO

KURAPRO is a cloud inventory management system you can use from PC, smartphone and tablet. This page introduces the big picture of what it can do and how to sign in. If you are new, it goes smoothly to continue with Navigation and Concepts & how it works.

What you can do with KURAPRO

Manage products: register product name, SKU, unit, standard cost, image, barcode, custom fields and more, then search and edit them in a list. → Managing products
Record stock: when you record inbound, outbound, adjustment and stocktaking, stock counts increase and decrease automatically. You can also register them as plans and complete them later. → Tasks
Manage location, lot and expiry: enable only the fields you need, and manage stock separately by storage location, lot and expiry even for the same product. → Stock fields
Calculate cost and gross profit: choose a costing method (moving-average or standard costing), and asset value and gross profit are tallied automatically. → Cost & gross profit
Stock alerts: set a minimum and maximum stock level per product, and review products that are short or in excess at a glance. → Stock alerts
Reports: specify a period to tally inbound, outbound, sales and gross profit by date and by product. → Reports
Manage clients: register suppliers and customers, and select them when recording inbound/outbound. → Managing clients

Which devices can I use

PC: access KURAPRO in a browser.
Smartphone / tablet: use a browser, or install the iOS / Android app.
On any device, signing in with the same account lets you work with the same data.

About using multiple devices at once

For the same kind of device (platform), only one device can stay signed in. If you sign in on another device of the same kind, the previous device is signed out and shows "Signed in from another device." On the other hand, devices of different kinds, such as a smartphone and a PC, can be used at the same time.

Open the KURAPRO sign-in screen (or launch the app).
Enter your email address and password.
Press "Sign in."
On success, the main screen (with menus and tabs) is shown.

If you forgot your password

If you don't know your password, you can sign in with a temporary password sent by email.

Choose "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen.
Enter your registered email address and submit.
Check the temporary password in the email (also called a passcode; valid only once).
Sign in on the sign-in screen using that temporary password.
After signing in, set a new password in Account settings.

Notes on the temporary password

A temporary password is valid only once. If it has expired, send it again.
You can't send repeatedly right after sending. Please wait a moment and try again.

Input error: check that the email address and password are correct.
Another device: if "Signed in from another device" appears, sign in again on this device.
Lock: repeated failures temporarily prevent sign-in. Wait a while and try again.
App update: if the app shows "Please update to the latest version," update it in the store.

Signing out

Wide screen (PC / tablet): click your name at the top of the left menu.
Narrow screen (smartphone): tap your name from the "More" tab.
On the Account settings screen, press "Sign out."
After confirming, you are signed out. You cannot access data until you sign in again.
