Company settings & negative stock

This page explains company (organization) information and the overall stock-related settings. Only an administrator can change these.

The entry points for company settings are mainly in the "More" menu (on wide screens, some are at the top of the left menu).

Company info

You can register and change the company name, phone number, address and so on.

  • Wide screen: click the company name at the top of the left menu.
  • Narrow screen: tap the company name in "More."

This information may be used for billing and as a contact.

Plan

Your current plan determines the upper limits on the number of products and members you can register.

  • From "More" → "Plan," you can check, change and register a card.
  • Example plan names: Starter / Business / Premium (there is also a free plan).
  • Check the latest pricing and limits on the Plan screen or the official site.

Features for paid plans

To use CSV import/export, you need to upgrade to a paid plan. → CSV, barcode & images

Negative stock

Set whether to allow tasks that make the stock count go below 0.

Disallow (default)If you try to complete a task exceeding the stock count, a shortage alert appears and you can't complete it.
AllowTasks that make the stock count go below 0 can also be completed.

How to set it:

  1. Open "More."
  2. Choose "Negative stock."
  3. Choose "Allow" or "Disallow."

If you can't complete a task due to insufficient stock while set to "Disallow," record an inbound first, or revise the quantity.

Common messages

  • The company has no registered credit card … A card is required to use a paid plan.
  • A payment processing error occurred … The card may be expired or over its limit. Check your card information.
  • You have exceeded the product (user) limit … You reached the plan's limit. Consider upgrading, or tidy up unneeded data.
  • You don't have sufficient permission … This operation requires administrator permission. Ask an administrator.
