Company settings
Settings that apply to the whole company, and display settings that apply only to your own device. Administrators change the company-wide ones.
Everything starts from the “Other” tab (on a PC, some of it sits at the top of the left menu).
Company information
Register your company name, phone number and address.
- PC / tablet — click the company name at the top of the left menu
- Phone — tap the company name in “Other”
Used for billing and contact.
The issuer on documents is separate
The issuer printed on purchase orders and delivery notes is entered on the document creation screen, not here. Enter it once and it’s filled in from then on.
Negative stock
Whether transactions may take stock below zero.
| Setting | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Not allowed (default) | Outbound beyond available stock can’t be completed. |
| Allowed | Transactions that take stock below zero can be completed. |
We recommend leaving it on “not allowed.” It catches typos and stock discrepancies at the moment they happen.
That said, if you routinely ship before recording the corresponding inbound, allowing it will be smoother.
Where: “Other” → “Negative stock” → choose allow or not allow.
What to do when stock is insufficient is covered in Inbound, outbound, move and stocktaking.
Currency
Sets how amounts are displayed.
- Currency symbol — “¥”, “$” and so on.
- Decimal digits — 0 shows “1,200”; 2 shows “1,200.00”.
Where: “Other” → “Currency.”
Appearance and language
These apply to your device only, not to the company. Other members are unaffected.
- Appearance — switch between light and dark.
- Language — switch between Japanese and English.
Where: “Other” → “Appearance” / “Language.”
Other company-wide settings
Each has its own page:
- Sites — separate stock per warehouse or store
- Members — invitations and roles
- Costing method — how amounts and gross profit are calculated
- Location, lot and expiry — how stock is split
- Product fields / Transaction fields — your own input fields
- Plan — plans and payment
When something goes wrong
- Insufficient permission … That action needs administrator rights. Ask an administrator in your company.
- The product / user limit has been exceeded … You’ve hit your plan’s limit. → Plan
