Plan

Your plan sets the limits on products, users and sites, and whether AI suggestions are available. The core inventory features are included on every plan, free included.

Changing plans and managing payment is for administrators.

Checking your plan

Open “Other” → Plan. You’ll see your current plan and how much of each limit you’re using (products, users, sites).

Changing plans

  1. Open “Other” → Plan.
  2. Toggle between monthly and annual to compare. Annual works out cheaper.
  3. Pick a plan and confirm.
  • Your data carries over. Upgrading or downgrading never deletes products or history.
  • Cancelling doesn’t delete data either. You move to the free plan and everything is kept. If you’re over the free plan’s limits you’ll see a limit notice when you try to add something new. Subscribe again and you pick up where you left off.

Current prices and limits are on the plan screen in the app and on the website.

Add-ons when you need a little more

When upgrading is overkill but you’re just short, add-ons let you buy exactly what you need:

  • More products
  • More users
  • More sites

Each can be added individually from the plan screen.

Payment

  • Credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are never stored on KURAPRO’s servers.
  • Change your card, view receipts and cancel from the payment management page on the plan screen.

About AI suggestions

AI suggestions are paid plans only, with a daily generation limit based on your plan’s site limit.

The in-app AI assistant (automatic replies on the inquiry screen) is available on the free plan too, also with a daily limit. → Contact and notifications

When something goes wrong

  • No credit card is registered for this company … A paid plan needs a card on file.
  • A payment error occurred … The card may have expired or hit its limit. Check your card details.
  • The product / user / site limit has been exceeded … You’ve hit your plan’s limit. Upgrade, add an add-on, or tidy up unused data.
  • Insufficient permission … Plans and payment are for administrators.
