AI suggestions

Looking at the numbers and still wondering “so what do I do?” — that’s the gap AI suggestions fill. AI reads your report totals, compares them with the previous month, and tells you in plain language what changed, which products deserve attention, and what to do next.

You’ll find it on the “Report” screen.

How to use it

  1. Open the “Report” tab and select the month you want analysed.
  2. Press Generate suggestion in the AI suggestion section.
  3. Wait for the analysis (it can take tens of seconds).
  4. The suggestion appears.

Suggestions are saved. Open the same month again and the previous result is shown without regenerating.

What it compares against

The previous month.

  • A month that has already ended is compared against the whole previous month.
  • The current month is compared up to today against the previous month up to the same day. Check it on the 3rd and it compares against the 3rd of last month, so the comparison stays fair.

Future months can’t be analysed.

Requirements

  • A paid plan is required. It isn’t available on the free plan. → Plan
  • Administrator permission is required.
  • There’s a daily limit on how many suggestions you can generate (based on your plan’s site limit). When you reach it you’ll see “The usage limit for AI suggestions has been reached” — try again later.

Search filters aren’t applied

Even if you’ve filtered the report screen to one product, AI suggestions analyse the whole month. You can’t restrict the analysis to specific products.

This is AI-generated text. Check the underlying numbers before you act on it. Treat suggestions as a pointer to where to look — the final call on purchasing and pricing is yours.
