Shipping label CSV export
An outbound record becomes a shipping label. You never retype the delivery address or the item name into your carrier’s software.
From an outbound transaction, KuraPro builds a CSV file you import into a Japanese carrier’s shipping-label system. It doesn’t print a label or a PDF. The tracking number is left blank — the carrier assigns it.
Exporting one
- Open an outbound transaction on the “Transaction” tab.
- Choose Export shipping label CSV from the “⋮” menu at the top right.
- Review and fill in the Shipping label CSV settings screen.
- Press Export CSV to download the file.
Both scheduled and completed transactions can be exported. The menu item doesn’t appear on any other transaction type.
Supported delivery methods
Choose your carrier and service under Delivery method. The CSV format and the available fields both follow that choice.

Fields you can’t use are hidden automatically. Nekopos, Kuroneko Yu-Packet, Kuroneko Yu-Mail and Yu-Packet have no freight class, delivery time slot or cool class. Sagawa’s Hikyaku Air has no cool class. This keeps you from setting a value the carrier would reject on import.
Change the delivery method and any value that is no longer selectable returns to its default.
What you fill in

The recipient is filled in from the transaction’s client. The sender comes from your company information and the current site. Both can be edited on this screen. Register addresses and phone numbers on your clients, sites and company and there’s almost nothing left to type.
Sagawa’s 18:00–20:00 and 19:00–21:00 delivery slots are only selectable under a six-slot contract.
It remembers your settings
Delivery method, freight class, cool class, sender, customer code and freight management number are saved to your device when you export, and come back next time. Per-parcel values such as the item name and dates are not saved.
Import settings on the carrier side
Row 1 of the CSV holds the column names. The first time you import, set the following on your side.

Worth knowing
- One export covers one parcel (one transaction = one label). You can’t combine several transactions into one CSV.
- Outbound only. The menu item doesn’t appear on inbound, move, adjustment or stocktaking.
- The character encoding is Shift_JIS.
- Length limits differ by delivery method (item name: 25 characters for Yamato, 16 for Sagawa, 25 for Japan Post). The field limits apply as you type, so shorten anything too long before exporting.
- Only the carriers listed above are supported.
